- Payment: Payment must be made in full at the time of booking, unless otherwise specified. Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards and other methods as indicated during the booking process.
2. Cancellation and Refunds:
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the check-in time will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in will incur a cancellation fee equal to one night’s stay.
- No-Show Policy: If you fail to arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior notice, your booking will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be issued.
- Refunds: Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment and may take several business days to reflect in your account.
3. Check-In and Check-Out:
- Check-In Time: 3:00 PM or later. Early check-in requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
- Check-Out Time: By 11:00 AM. Late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
4. Use of Property:
- Occupancy Limits: The number of guests allowed in the unit is specified in your booking confirmation. Exceeding the occupancy limit without prior approval may result in additional charges or cancellation of your stay.
- Prohibited Activities: Parties, events, and gatherings are not allowed on the premises. Illegal activities, smoking inside the property, and pet presence are strictly prohibited.
5. Damages and Liability:
- Property Damage: Guests are responsible for any damage or loss to the property or its contents during their stay. Any damages will be assessed, and charges may be applied accordingly.
- Liability: CG Properties is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings during your stay. Guests should exercise caution and use the property and its amenities responsibly.
6. House Rules:
- Compliance: All guests must adhere to the house rules provided. Failure to comply with the house rules may result in immediate eviction without a refund.
- Quiet Hours: Please respect quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM to ensure a pleasant environment for all guests.
7. Privacy and Data Protection:
- Data Collection: We collect personal information for the purpose of processing bookings and enhancing your stay. For details on how we handle your data, please refer to our Data Policy.
- Confidentiality: Your information will be kept confidential and not shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

- Booking Modifications: Requests to modify bookings (e.g., dates, guest count) must be made in writing and are subject to availability and approval. Additional charges may apply.
