Building Information - CG Properties

To enhance your stay, please review the following additional information about our building and amenities:

1. Building Security:

  • 24-Hour Security: For your safety and peace of mind, the building features 24-hour security services. Security personnel are stationed at key points and monitor the premises to ensure a secure environment for all guests.

2. Amenities:

  • Library Access: Enjoy quiet reading or study time at our library located on the 3rd floor. The library is open daily from 6:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
  • Swimming Pool: Take a refreshing dip in our swimming pool, also located on the 3rd floor. Pool access is available from 6:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Pool towels and seating are provided for your convenience.
  • Viewing Decks: For stunning views of Cebu City, including IT Park and the surrounding mountains, visit the viewing decks on the 15th and 26th floors. These areas are accessible to guests and offer a perfect vantage point for sightseeing.

3. Local Attractions and Services:

  • Dining: Discover a variety of dining options within walking distance of the property. From casual eateries to fine dining, there’s something to suit every taste.
  • Shopping: Conveniently located nearby are shopping centers and local markets where you can find everything you need during your stay.

Rules

House Rules - CG Properties

To ensure a pleasant and comfortable stay for all our guests, please adhere to the following house rules:

1. Check-In/Check-Out:

  • Check-In Time: 2:00 PM or later.
  • Check-Out Time: By 10:00 AM.
  • Please inform us in advance if you require early check-in or late check-out. We will do our best to accommodate your request based on availability.

2. Smoking Policy:

  • Smoking is not permitted inside the units or common areas. Please use designated outdoor smoking areas and dispose of cigarette butts properly.

3. Pets:

  • Pets are not allowed in our properties. We strive to maintain a clean and allergy-friendly environment for all guests.

4. Quiet Hours:

  • Please respect quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. We ask that you keep noise to a minimum to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.

5. Parties and Events:

  • Parties, gatherings, and events are not allowed on the premises. Please refrain from making excessive noise that may disturb other guests.

6. Furniture and Fixtures:

  • Please do not move or rearrange furniture. Any damage to furniture or fixtures must be reported immediately.

7. Safety and Security:

  • Ensure that all doors and windows are securely locked when leaving the property. Do not prop open doors or tamper with security devices.

8. Parking:

  • Only park in designated areas. Ensure that you follow any specific parking instructions provided for the property.

9. Waste Disposal:

  • Please use the provided bins for waste and recycling. Dispose of trash in the designated areas and follow any recycling guidelines.

10. Appliances and Utilities:

  • Turn off lights, air conditioning, and other appliances when not in use to conserve energy. Report any maintenance issues or malfunctions immediately.
